This has never been used, but it has some scratches on the silver part. Measures 11.75 inches by 9.75 inches. It has a loop for hanging and a stand for standing. The large circle holds a 4 inch by 3 inch picture. The small holes hold 1.25 inch by 1.75 inch pictures.
Comes from a smoke free and pet free home. I re-use mailing envelopes, boxes and packing material in order to keep my prices low.
