    Description

    This craft tool is used to cut yarn from full skeins for latch hooking.  It is called Cut Up and was sold by Boye.  The original wrapper is still on it and the instructions for using the tool are printed on the wrapper (see the photo).
    Overall size is 12" and it is made of hard plastic material.
