    Description

    This plaid bonnet is made of silk ruched over millinery wire. I bought it at Dirty Billy's store, but only wore it twice. Now that my husband has passed away I am out of reenacting, and am getting rid of things. This bonnet was one of my favorites, because I have a small head and this bonnet fits me perfectly. It measures 16 inches from one side to the other over the top of the head. It is very authentic, although I always thought the ribbon wasn't wide enough; I planned to replace it, but never did. It is in excellent shape, like new.
