For your consideration is a medium-
weight
,
handmade, elastic draw-waist skirt & matching blouse. Fabric is a ribbed blend most likely a polyester acetate blend. the wide striped print is beautiful shades of light rosy-pink, blue, gray, with thin stripes of white and yellow also. The skirt 1.5"-wide waistband has a slight opening at the back center seam & the 1" wide elastic can be adjusted to your size by knotting or cutting off and retacking the elastic to your fit (I can do this for you if you provide measurement at time of sale). The
waist band that is top stitched for a clean finish. The bottom has a 3"
wide,
gathered ruffle of gray lace. The
blouse also
has
adjustable
elastic bands at the neckline and the sleeve bottoms. Neckline and sleeve bottoms are also adorned with the gathered gray lace. Can be worn on or off shoulder for a day or night look.

Very generous sweep to fit all hoops, but please see the sweep measurements for fitting your hoop.
Inside seams are pinked for fray prevention & all hemming is machine sewn, rolled twice. Size is adjustable but I don't recommend this for size small or XS because the blouse may be overwhelmingly full.
Overall,
this outfit is slightly heavy. Dry clean only. This 2pc outfit is a unique, one-of-a kind, handmade piece; no one else will be wearing the same outfit to whatever event you attend.
