These are the terms and conditions for the sale of items listed: This equipment is new and in unknown condition, Purchaser accepts all items in “as is” condition. The equipment may have broken or missing parts and may be in need of some rework and/or repair. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to inspect the equipment for proper operation and performance including, but not limited to: safety guards, interlocks, ESD and OSHA compliance.  WARRANTY: 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee – the Purchaser may return the equipment within 30 days of purchase (in the same condition as when received) for a refund the purchase price. Shipping and handling (or delivery) charges are not refundable. SELLER'S total liability for an order is limited to the total purchase price of the items. Return Policy: Unless stated otherwise above, you have 30 days from date of receiving the item to review it for any undocumented material defect or deficiency. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after the THIRTY-day period. We cannot accept exchanges, substitutions or cross shipments on returned items. Do not attempt to repair the item if it is in any way damaged or nonfunctional without first contacting us. Attempting to repair an item without contact with us voids this warranty. If the equipment must be returned to us, we will refund 15 days after receiving the product. Unless we agree otherwise, you must return all parts of an item for credit. SELLER makes no warranties, expressed or implied of any kind, except as set forth above. SELLER makes no warranty as to product fitness for purpose or use, whether known or unknown by SELLER as to PURCHASERS intended use and purpose for a product. SELLER will in no way be liable to a potential buyer for any loss they suffer by failure on their part or on the part of SELLER in completing the transaction. By the act of purchasing any equipment from SELLER the buyer hereby releases and holds-harmless SELLER from all claims arising out of use or misuse related to the equipment purchased. In no event shall SELLER be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages, such as but not limited to lost profits, income, interest or loss of future business, even if the risk of such damages was brought to SELLER attention before or after acceptance of the Shipment. SELLER sells all products “as is”. SELLER makes no warranty, express or implied, and SELLER expressly disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. SELLER'S sole obligation pursuant to this order is to deliver the goods to the buyer. SELLER shall have no other obligation or liability, direct or indirect, of any kind, including liability for special, incidental or consequential damages. Prices and availability are subject to change. Purchaser agrees to pay the total amount owed by the due date on the Invoice. In the event of non-payment of any outstanding invoice, the Purchaser agrees to pay late fees of 1% per month for any outstanding balance that is overdue, including all collection, legal, and court costs incurred to recover any outstanding debt owed by the Purchaser to SELLER . This agreement is to be interpreted according to the laws of the state of Ohio.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Buyer agrees to fully and promptly cooperate with any insurance claim process for item loss or damage.  This includes releasing the item to the insurance company or seller, taking detailed photos to show damage.  In the event of loss, waiting at least 45 days (60 days in Italy) plus seller handling time, plus additional days depending on region and holidays before requesting a refund.
