This is a very cute handmade garment
It is not expertly made but it is nicely done
It is a wool blend fabric with a soft flannel lining
It has a hood which is also lined
This would be cute for caroling , re enactment , costume , Christmas program etc
I believe it would look good over a coat or sweater
On a women it will be a short caplet
On a girl , it would be a longer cape. I think it could work from about a girls size 10 or 12 to a ladies size 6- 8
It is kind of a one size garment
The neck measures 20 inches around
Has two little “ frog” closures
The length is 21 inches
The garment is not quite a complete circle, at the bottom it measures 116 inches around
Clean and ready to wear
