Description
During the Victorian era women wore cuffs and collars to preserve the cuffs and collars of a day dress from soil and stains. Many women had quite a few pairs so they could be sure of always have a clean pressed set. The long tab is turned under the collar and cuffs of the dress, then basted on. Iron them on the dress for a flat fit. This set is made of 100 % cotton. The collar measures 20 nches long and the cuffs are 7 inches long and 3 inches wide. The cuffs look larger due to the camera angle. These measurements do not include the tab. The lace is the heaviest I have used.
Care: Hand wash only. Starch and iron, spray starch will do.
