A high quality Double lock set of handcuffs, complete with 2 keys.
Single Lock Operation: Press cuff down on the wrist and rotate jaw until it engages ratchet. Tighten as required.
Double Lock Operation: With cuff single locked on the wrist, use tip on key handle to depress plunger on top edge of cuff. Jaw is locked against travel in either direction. Unlock Single: Rotate key on quater turn clockwise. Unlock Double: Key must be turned in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions to open the double locked handcuffs.
Designed for official police use. Includes one set of handcuffs and one set of keys. Comes in original packaging and is brand new.
