All frames are made to order. Please contact us with any questions or special requests. Once you purchase your frame, you'll be able to email us with your personalization details. Your finished design will be emailed to you for final approval before your frame is completed.
Please note: Once you have approved your design, changes cannot be made after production has begun.
We guarantee all of our products and quality check every item before it leaves our studio.  Please contact us with any concerns you may have upon receiving your item. We will gladly exchange personalized items that are damaged or defective for a replacement of the same product. Refunds are not available on personalized items.

Shipping and Production Time:
We are happy to offer worldwide shipping. All items are shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground for a low flat rate. Please contact us if you need your order expedited.
You will receive a design proof of your item prior to production. Once you have given your approval on the design, your item will be completed and shipped within 5 business days.
Please note: A delay in sending personalization details or design approval may increase production and shipping time.
