Reproduction Union Cavalry Shell Jacket

You are bidding on a reproduction Union shell jacket for the cavalry.  I do not know the exact size, but I'm 5' 9 1/2" and weigh 165 lbs and it fits me well except it is slightly short in the arms.  There is a small patch at the bottom of the center of the inside lining of the jacket, as pictured.  The real value of this jacket may be in the buttons.  They are the "C" cavalry type and all but two have Waterbury back markings (the other two are unmarked).  The buttons may be original mid-19th century buttons, which would add a whole lot of value, but I'm just not sure.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
