cotton,
handmade, elastic draw-waist skirt. Fabric print is a beautiful print of rose buds with greenery in various shades of peach on a soft, not stark, white background. The waistband inside has a slight opening at the back center seam & the elastic can be adjusted to your size by knotting or cutting off and retacking the elastic to your fit (I can do this for you if you provide measurement at time of sale). Elastic is a 7/8" wide,
comfortable
, white elastic thru a 1.125" wide waist band that is top stitched for a clean finish. The bottom is adorned with a 9" wide, outer-set cotton ruffle adorned across the top with a pretty, white, 1.25" wide lace with a lovely design that sits at the gathered ruffle attachment (2" of upper ruffle & a 7" lower part of the ruffle. The lace trim is hand sewn on at
its
central area so it is loose on the top & bottom edges to flow with & accent the ruffling. R
eady for wear but cannot be made longer unless you add more lace to the ruffle

can only be shortened by redoing & lowering the waist
