    These restraints are name after the infamous Wallachian Prince, Vlad Tepes. Or better known as Bram Stoker’s Dracula, he is also known as Vlad the Impaler. As the cognomen "The Impaler" suggests, his practice of impaling his enemies is part of his historical reputation. During his lifetime, his reputation for excessive cruelty spread abroad, to Germany and elsewhere in Europe. These barbaric medieval replica restraints are named after a man whom namely committed many barbaric unspeakable acts. They are constructed of iron with chrome colored finish. Both sides have a hinge to open and close the cuff around a person’s wrist. There are notches on the cuffs to adjust the size. A key is included to screw in and out to lock and unlock these restraints. There is a hole in the end of the key to hang it on a chain around your neck. These shackles are made to look worn and weathered. These restraints are great for LARP, costumes, and re-enactments.
