Description
During the Victorian era women wore separate collars and cuffs to preserve their dresses. They often had several sets, some plain, some fancy but the object was to keep the wrists and necks of their dresses unsoiled. This collar measures 19 inches long, the cuffs are 8 inches long. They have tabs on them, turn those under and baste them to the inside of the cuffs and neckline of the dress. Wash by hand, and iron using starch.
