This frame is perfect for children/nursery decor. It is made by hand in 1989 by the fetco company
The it says item number 40423
The actual picture area is 2 1/2 inches high by 2 inches wide approximately, holding something similar to a wallet size  photo. The 3D front is a tea party decor with a Raggedy Anne  style doll and a brown teddy bear. Framed with yellow and has blue hearts ,yellow Tea pot and cups, and pieces of cake.
