    This is a delightful piece by Charmstone and artist Earl Sherwan. It states it is made of cold cast marble and hand painted. Please see photos to appreciate the great detail. The base  measures about 4 5/16" by 3 7/8" and it is just under 3 1/4" tall. It has a felt or velvet base underneath.
