Vintage Lady Head Vase Foil Sticker says "Atlas Hand Painted Japan". Condition is "Used Vintage", has a very tiny chip at the edge of her hat at the opening.
This lovely lady head vase is wearing a pink top or dress with white ruffles edged in gold. She has white hair, shiny gold and faux pearl earrings. Her hat is yellow with a pink bow that matches her dress.  I have not cleaned her, will leave cleaning to the new owner.
