Our I-Beam Rods use the O.E. design but are forged from 4140 chromoly to give you a high strength rod that's easy on your budget.
3/8" 8740 ARP rod bolts add all the strength and reliability necessary for this rod design.
Set Weight control within +- 1 gram in a set.
Each rod is magnafluxed, X-rayed and ultrasonic tested to ensure the best quality.
Radiused caps aid in stroker clearancing.
Rod and cap are shot peen for stress relieved.
Silicone bronze wrist pin bushings are made to withstand high impact forces.
The third hole is drilled at the top of the small end to bleed air in the aerated lube system.
All rods are sold in matched weight sets of 4.
